Zen Practice 1: Entering the Way

What is Zen? How do you practice Zen meditation? How do you make it a part of your daily life? How do non-Buddhist practice Zen?

  • A one-hour class offered once a month on a Sunday: 8 am to 9 am
  • Instruction on how to sit Zen meditation: posture, breath, mind
  • Includes worship and fellowship with sangha community from 9 to 11:00 am.
  • Attire is casual, but do not wear shorts or clothing with logos, words or messages on them.
  • Pre-registration required - cost: $25 (tax deductible)
