Saturday Interfaith Meditation and Study
10 am-12 pm noon, every Saturday

Each Saturday, the Zen Community hosts a Saturday Interfaith program that includes an open style of meditation without Zen ritual and a talk or reading from some religious tradition.

Everyone is welcome. A suggested dana donation of at least $5.00 is suggested. We also invite you to bring canned food, or some kind of food that has a long shelf life. We collect this food and give it to the local food pantry in Oak Park.

On some Saturdays, all day workshops will take the place. But the Saturday program will still be included as part of the workshop. People have the option of attending just Saturday morning, or the complete workshop. If just attending for Saturday morning during a workshop, there will be a cost of $25.
