We are beginning a Stewardship Circle to explore
shared stewarship in the life of our sangha community. All members
of the Zen Community are requested to join this practice circle
which will explore all the ingredients that make up our tradition,
practice and community.
We practice together in this way using the three
tenets of not-knowing, bearing witness, and loving action as
our guides. By letting go of the outcome, and practicing together
in this way, we may fully participate in the orangic emergence
of what is appropriate for our community at this time and this
place.
We use the mandala shown at the bottom of this
page that integrates the teachings of the five buddha families
with the four quadrants of integral spirituality, to help us
remember the big picture as we explore this process.
Everyone
is welcome to attend. Non-members will be asked to participate
as silent witnesses to the process.
